The EnviCare 8 Hour ServSafe Managers course is taught by an instructor conducting 8 hours of instruction prior to proctoring the ServSafe® food safety exam.
Classes are conducted as a one single day course. We offer courses throughout Michigan including Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, and Metro-Detroit. Check out our calendar for on-going classes. Enrollment is always open. Contact us with 5 or more employees for a private course.
You must score a 75% or higher to become certified in food safety. This certification will satisfy all health department requirements in Michigan.
If you register for a one day course, we will ship the textbook in advance. You must allow time to read the book if you want to pass the class.
The 8 hour class includes:
- 6 hours of instruction
- 2 hours of exam
- The textbook
- The exam
- Classroom materials
